Lincomycin (Lincocin) is an injectable man-made ANTIBIOTIC. Lincomycin kills bacteria by interfering with the ability of bacteria to produce important proteins necessary for them to survive. Lincomycin is effective against many types of bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Propionibacterium acnes, and others.

COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
lincomycin hydrochloride…….300mg
INDICATIONS:
Lincomycin is a bacteriostatic narrow spectrum antibiotic of the lincomide group, that is used in infections caused by anaerobic bacteria and by sensitive gram positive aerobic bacteria, especially staphylococcus spp and streptococcus spp. Lincomycin is used in the treatment of osteomyelitis because of its excellent penetration into bone tissues.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Lincomycin is the occasional case of hypersensitivity to lincomycin. Serious gastrointestinal disturbances can occur following the oral administration of lincomycin to rabbita, hamsters, guinea-pigs and ruminants. Lincomycin must not be given to horses, since serious and even fatal colitis can be caused.
ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
Intramuscular.
Pigs: 10mg per 1kg of body weight, for 3-5 days.
Dogs, cats: 10mg per time, for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
2 days. Forbidden in the milk period and egg laying hens.
PRESENTITION:
100 Vial.
STORAGE:
Protect from light and seal tightly. It is recommended to store in a dry place at normal temperature.

3 years.
